Build strong customer relationships, ensure high quality customer onboarding, achieve targets, and comply with all regulatory and internal control requirements.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>1. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition Plan and execute daily sales activities, including customer visits, prospecting, and lead generation to achieve assigned sales targets. Identify and acquire new to bank (NTB) customers through field sales activities and referrals. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by identifying business opportunities within the assigned territory. Monitor market trends and share relevant market intelligence with the team leader.<br>2. Product Uptake & Sales Promote and sell the bank's products and services based on customer needs. Drive the uptake of business accounts, POS terminals, payroll solutions, lending products, and other business banking solutions. Cross-sell suitable products to maximize customer value and increase product penetration (as required) Participate in sales campaigns, customer events, and promotional activities to increase product awareness and acquisition.<br>3. Customer Onboarding & Service Excellence Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals. Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing, and eligibility requirements to customers. Guide customers through the account opening and onboarding process while ensuring a seamless customer experience. Collect and verify customer documentation in line with bank and regulatory requirements. Ensure applications are complete and submitted accurately to minimize processing delays. Provide customers with accurate information and timely updates throughout the onboarding process. Receive customer feedback, resolve or escalate issues as appropriate, and ensure timely follow-up.<br>4. Risk, Compliance & Governance Comply with all bank policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. Ensure customer due diligence (KYC) requirements are completed accurately before submitting applications. Maintain confidentiality of customer information, bank documents, and negotiable instruments. Report any operational, compliance, or fraud-related concerns in accordance with bank procedures. Maintain accurate sales records and complete all required reports on time.<br>Qualifications & Experience<br>Minimum 1 to 4 years of field-based, direct sales experience within KSA, specifically in direct sales force Experience in selling merchant acquiring solutions (POS terminals), business bank accounts, payroll, lending, and NTB accounts is preferable Preference for candidates with experience in KSA SME market High School Certificate
