<h3 >About the Role</h3> <p >Alfa Laval is seeking a <strong >Finance Data Analysis and Control</strong> professional for the MESEA region. This full-time role, based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, involves analyzing and presenting financial information, including budget and forecast, sales controlling, cost center controlling, and financial and sales data warehouse support. The position requires 2-5 years of experience in a similar capacity.</p> <h3 >Role Purpose and Context</h3> <p >As the core analytical engine of the team, this role is responsible for querying data, building interactive reports, ensuring data integrity, and identifying actionable insights. The objective is to support daily and monthly financial and business operations within the MESEA region, contributing to a more sustainable future through engineering innovation at Alfa Laval.</p> <h3 >Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul > <li >Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts, and Service operations Costing Update.</li> <li >Maintain and develop Analytics and FC tools, including sales and financial databases.</li> <li >Perform regular analysis of business performance and variances in the MESEA region, including cost analysis and maintenance of cost allocation.</li> <li >Respond to ad hoc requests from business units and other users of financial data.</li> <li >Contribute to monthly and year-end closings.</li> <li >Ensure a second level of quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.</li> <li >Provide quarterly and year-end local and ad hoc data for corporate management.</li> <li >Extract, clean, and transform financial data from various internal systems and databases.</li> <li >Build, maintain, and optimize self-service dashboards for finance stakeholders, and resolve data mapping issues between source systems.</li> <li >Collaborate with IT and data engineering to resolve data quality issues and improve data pipelines.</li> <li >Support data literacy by acting as a data ambassador to help stakeholders self-serve.</li> <li >Continuously improve business processes and ensure suitable financial performance measurement (KPI).</li> <li >Provide customer service to internal and external customers.</li> </ul> <h3 >Qualifications and Experience</h3> <ul > <li >Bachelor's degree required, master’s degree preferred.</li> <li >Technical proficiency in managing databases, data analytics tools, and some programming.</li> <li >Knowledge and experience working with databases and analytical tools.</li> <li >Strong understanding and experience working with business and financial data flows and processes.</li> <li >At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.</li> <li >Ability to manage multiple assignments with strict deadlines while maintaining high data quality.</li> <li >Business acumen.</li> <li >Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.</li> <li >Commitment to customer service and support.</li> </ul> <h3 >Required Skills and Attributes</h3> <ul > <li >Structured approach to tasks with a solutions-oriented mindset.</li> <li >Strong relationship-building skills, coupled with effective business communication and written skills.</li> <li >Ability and capacity to work with large datasets and strong multitasking capabilities.</li> <li >Ability to deliver accurate work within strict deadlines, maintaining precision under pressure.</li> <li >Ability to focus and prioritize tasks effectively.</li> <li >Demonstrates the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical business conduct.</li> <li >Trustworthy and reliable, with a strong ethical mindset and commitment to compliance.</li> <li >Dedicated and hardworking, with the ability to manage significant responsibility and ownership.</li> <li >Committed to continuous personal and professional development, seeking long-term career growth within the organization.</li> </ul> <h3 >Work Environment</h3> <p >This position offers an international, open, and friendly environment where team members collaborate for development and value creation.
