<p >أيرباص ** تسعى إلى تعيين <strong >مهندس أداء عمليات المستوى II</strong> للانضمام إلى فريقنا في القطيف. هذا المنصب بدوام كامل وبواقع 100% حضور ميداني حاسم لتقديم المساعدة الفنية لفرق الإنتاج. الهدف الأساسي هو تحسين العمليات الصناعية مع الالتزام الصارم بمعايير السلامة والتكلفة والجودة والمهلة. سيكون المرشح الناجح قوة دافعة في تنفيذ الحلول المناسبة عبر الأساليب والعمليات والتنظيم لتلبية متطلبات الشركة.</p> <h3 >المسؤوليات الرئيسية</h3>
<ul >
<li >تحسين زمن العملية للإنتاج التسلسلي، بما في ذلك إنتاج مخططات PERT/GANTT وتطوير مخططات Techniques تقييم البرنامج لتحديد تبعيات المهام.</li>
<li >إجراء توازن خط لكل MSN وتحديد المسارات الحرجة.</li>

<li >اقتراحات تحسين العملية وتوجيه مجالات تركيز Airbus Operating System (AOS) نحو الخطط المعتمدة.</li>
<li >قيادة التدريب والالتحاق للزملاء الجدد في الفريق.</li>
<li >الخدمة كخبير موضوعي في عملية البناء لعدة وحدات أعمال وكالمرتكز الأساسي للمشروعات الخاصة بفريق PPE في المنطقة ME PPE.</li>
<li >أداء واجبات أخرى كما يعينها HO PPE.</li>

<li ><strong >الوقوف:</strong> القدرة على الوقوف للنقاش في المكاتب أو على أرضية الإنتاج.</li>
<li ><strong >السفر:</strong> القدرة على السفر بشكل مستقل وبإشعار قصير (5%).</li>
<li ><strong >المشي:</strong> القدرة على المشي عبر المناطق المكتبية وبيئة الإنتاج، بما في ذلك الأسطح غير المستوية (10%).</li>
<li ><strong >معدات الحماية الشخصية:</strong> تشمل PEE المطلوبة، لكن لا تقتصر على، أحذية السلامة، نظارات السلامة، حماية السمع، أجهزة التنفس/الكمامات، والقفازات الواقية حسب موقع العمل و/أو موقع العميل. تطلب بعض الزيارات إلى أرضية الورشة أحذية ذات رأس من الصلب؛ قد تكون حماية السمع/العين المناسبة مطلوبة أيضًا عند زيارة أرضية الورشة.</li>

<h3 >About the Role</h3>
<p >Airbus ** is seeking a <strong >Process Performance Engineer II</strong> to join our team in Al Qatif. This full-time, 100% onsite position is crucial for providing technical assistance to Production teams. The primary objective is to optimize industrial processes while strictly observing safety, cost, quality, and lead-time criteria. The successful candidate will be a driving force in implementing appropriate solutions across methods, processes, and organization to meet company requirements.</p> <h3 >Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul >
<li >Optimize process time for series production, including producing PERT/GANTT diagrams and developing Program Evaluation Review Techniques diagrams to identify task dependencies.</li>
<li >Perform line balancing for each MSN and define critical paths.</li>
<li >Analyze industrial capacities and calculate workforce and resource requirements.</li>
<li >Build scenarios to simulate different station/line configurations.</li>
<li >Contribute to the definition of industrial architecture and study and optimize workflows.</li>
<li >Assist in determining ideal work process lengths by conducting and drafting time observations.</li>
<li >Lead continuous improvement activities, identifying deviations and optimizing processes and stations.</li>
<li >Perform Value Add / Non-Value Add (VA/NVA) analyses.</li>
<li >Detect and analyze misalignments in work orders and update work packages within and across stations.</li>
<li >Process improvement proposals and align Airbus Operating System (AOS) focus areas to established plans.</li>
<li >Lead training and onboarding efforts for new team members.</li>
<li >Serve as a subject matter expert in the build process for multiple Business Units and as the primary focal for special projects for the ME PPE team.</li>
<li >Perform other duties as assigned by HO PPE.</li>

<li ><strong >Vision:</strong> Ability to see and read computer screens, electronic equipment, documents, reports, and engineering drawings daily.</li>
<li ><strong >Hearing:</strong> Ability to participate in conversations in person, via teleconference or phone, and to hear production floor sounds, including safety warnings or alarms.</li>
<li ><strong >Speaking:</strong> Ability to speak in conversations and meetings, deliver information, and participate in communications.</li>
<li ><strong >Equipment Operation:</strong> Ability to operate most office and personal electronic equipment and use electronic identification cards.</li>
<li ><strong >Carrying & Lifting:</strong> Ability to carry and lift documents, tools, drawings, and electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs.</li>
<li ><strong >Pushing / Pulling:</strong> Ability to push and pull small office furniture, equipment, and tools.</li>
<li ><strong >Sitting:</strong> Ability to sit for long periods (roughly 70-90%) in meetings and while working on a computer.</li>
<li ><strong >Squatting / Kneeling:</strong> Ability to squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items stored on low shelving.</li>

<li ><strong >Travel:</strong> Ability to travel independently and at short notice (5%).</li>

<li ><strong >Personal Protective Equipment:</strong> Required PPE includes, but is not limited to, Safety Shoes, Safety Glasses, Hearing Protection, Respirators/Masks, and/or Protective Gloves as required by site and/or customer site. Steel-toed shoes are required for all shop floor visits; appropriate hearing/eye protection may also be required when visiting the shop floor.</li>
