Develop and implement maintenance strategies, preventive maintenance schedules, emergency response procedures, and rectification plans for road lighting networks and associated electrical infrastructure to support reliable public realm operations. Ensure all road electrical infrastructure and street lighting works comply with applicable Saudi public works requirements, municipal regulations, Saudi Road Code / Highway Code provisions, utility authority requirements, safety regulations, and approved project specifications. Prepare and present technical, operational, compliance, and performance reports covering road electrical assets, street lighting condition, defects, corrective actions, contractor performance, and regulatory compliance status. Provide expert technical support in troubleshooting road electrical faults, lighting failures, cable damage, control system issues, and interface constraints between electrical installations and civil works. Promote continuous improvement, energy efficiency, safe work practices, and knowledge sharing in the management of public road lighting and electrical infrastructure.<br>EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION / KNOWLEDGE:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Extensive technical knowledge in electrical systems, public works, and utilities. Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
