Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer (Civil) with a strong background in high-rise building and hospitality projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating civil construction and fit-out works, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards

Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for civil construction, structural, finishing, and fit-out works. Lead the execution of high-rise residential/commercial and hospitality projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards. Coordinate with consultants, architects, MEP teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery. Review drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and resolve technical site issues. Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, and resource utilization. Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, HSE regulations, and project specifications. Prepare site progress reports, inspection records, and support project handover activitie

Requirements Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.8–12 years of experience in civil construction, with mandatory experience in high-rise buildings and hospitality projects. Strong experience in structural works, finishing, and interior fit-out. Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, QA/QC procedures, and HSE standards.
