This role supports the Head of Governance and acts as a bridge between the CEO Office, Legal, Finance, and Governance teams—ensuring smooth execution of board and committee operations while upholding the company’s governance standards.</p><br><p>You will contribute to the preparation of board and committee materials, track key decisions and action items, and support clear, timely communication between leadership and external stakeholders, including directors and (as applicable) regulatory bodies.</p><br><p><strong>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><br><ul><li>Maintain the governance calendar and board/committee pack timeline, coordinating inputs and versioning with oversight from the Head of Governance.</li><li>Prepare board and committee materials (agendas, decks, resolutions, supporting papers) and coordinate circulation and tracking of approvals/signatures for board and shareholder resolutions.</li><li>Draft meeting minutes capturing decisions and action items; maintain decision logs and action trackers, following up with owners and escalating overdue items as needed.</li><li>Coordinate meeting logistics (virtual/physical) and day-to-day board communications in line with governance protocols.</li><li>Maintain governance records and registers (board/committee composition, appointments, terms, declarations and key disclosures), ensuring information is current and audit-ready.</li><li>Maintain a secure archive of board materials and apply document control discipline (templates, versioning, access controls, retention), including use of board portals/repositories where applicable.</li><li>Coordinate with external directors and legal counsel on scheduling, document circulation, and meeting-related requests, as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Your Expertise</strong></p><br><ul><li>2-3 years of experience in a governance, legal, or company secretarial function.</li><li>Experience working with or supporting Boards of Directors in a regulated or fast-paced environment.</li><li>Prior experience in a high-growth governmental or multinational company is a plus.</li><li>Degree in Law, Business, or Public Policy (legal background is a plus).</li><li>Excellent written communication and formal documentation skills.</li><li>High attention to detail, particularly in drafting minutes, resolutions, and official correspondence.<br>Strong organizational skills and discretion in handling sensitive information.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate across functions.</li></ul> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">
