<p>المسؤولية الأساسية والصلاحيات: يسعى مستشار الخدمة إلى تقديم أعلى جودة ممكنة من الخدمة، والتي ستؤدي في نهاية المطاف إلى جذب زبون جديد، ويتأكد من أن مسؤولية الاستقبال الخدمي تُنفّذ وفقًا لإرشادات الخدمة الرسمية لكل امتياز. الأنشطة الرئيسية: يتحمل مستشار الخدمة المسؤولية الكاملة عن أي صفقة تجارية لأي مركبة تحت إشرافه، أي أنه المسؤول عن الدفعة المقدمة على الفاتورة الأولية أو عرض السعر، ورسوم الوقوف، وتخزين المركبة، واستهلاك المركبة. يرحّب بالعميل ويهتم به عند دخوله إلى استلام الخدمة بمهنية عالية. يسجل قائمة تفصيلية كاملة لمتطلبات العملاء ويجري فحصًا بصريًا للسيارة. يضمن إجراء تجربة قيادة مع العميل لتحديد طبيعة المشكلة وإصدار تشخيص واضح. أثناء التسليم يناقش الفاتورة مع العميل ويتأكد من شمول جميع البنود. يُخبر مدير الورشة بسلوك العميل حيث يلزم الانتباه الإضافي في ظل ظروف خاصة. يصدر تقرير تشخيص إلى مدير الورشة عن كل مركبة والأعطال الإضافية التي تُعثر عليها. مع التدريب المستمر والتحديثات الدورية من معلومات الخدمة، يحافظ على حدّاثة معرفته. يضمن أن إغلاق بطاقة العمل يتم في الوقت المناسب وبالتوثيق المناسب. يتحدث إلى العميل عبر الهاتف لفهم متطلباتهم، وتخصيص المكالمة، وتحديد الموعد والاتفاق على أية حلول للمركبات المتنقلة (مثلاً سيارة Courtesy) التي ستُقدم. يكمل أمر الإصلاح (بطاقة العمل) لتوفير سجل دقيق وكامل لمتطلبات العميل. يجري اتصال تذكيري بالعميل قبل الموعد لتأكيد الاحتياج واستعراض أي حلول للمركبات المتاحة وتحديد ما إذا كان هناك عمل إضافي مطلوب على المركبة. يتواصل مع زملائه في الورشة لفهم التقدم المحرز في المركبة وأي عمل إضافي مطلوب أو تغييرات في الوقت الذي ستصبح فيه المركبة جاهزة. يتحدث مع العميل لشرح سبب أي عمل إضافي والحصول على موافقتهم على التكاليف المعنية أو إيصال أي تغييرات في الوقت الذي ستكون فيه المركبة جاهزة (موثوق). يضمن أن تتم معالجة أي طلبات من العميل بسرعة ودقة حتى تتحقق توقعاته عند استلام مركبته. التأكد من رضا العميل تمامًا وفهم العمل المنجز والاتصال بالعميل لإجراء متابعة بعد استلام مركبته. تحقيق أهداف يومية وشهرية ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.</p><p><strong>مؤهلات المرشح المطلوبة</strong></p><p>الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ وجود تدريب تقني أو مهني إضافي في تكنولوجيا السيارات يعتبر زائدًا. خبرة مُثبتة كمستشار خدمة أو في دور خدمة عملاء داخل صناعة السيارات. مهارات اتصال وتواصل قوية للتفاعل مع العملاء والفنيين وأعضاء الفريق الآخرين بفعالية. مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة واهتمام بالتفاصيل لإدارة مواعيد وخدمات متعددة بكفاءة. القدرة على فهم وتفسير مفاهيم السيارات المعقدة للعملاء بشكل واضح ومختصر. الإلمام باستخدام برامج وأجهزة الحاسوب والأنظمة المتعلقة بإدارة الخدمات والجدولة، مثل برامج CRM. مهارات حل مشكلات قوية لتلبية احتياجات العملاء وإيجاد حلول فاعلة بسرعة. القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة وتلبية عدد كبير من التفاعلات مع العملاء. رخصة قيادة سارية وسجل قيادة نظيف لاختبار القيادة عند الحاجة. قدرات قوية في البيع لزيادة بيع الخدمات والمنتجات مع الحفاظ على ثقة العميل.</p>

Job Title: Site Engineer The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and monitoring road, bridge, highway, and infrastructure construction activities to ensure that all work is completed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities related to roads, bridges, highways, and infrastructure works. Review approved drawings, method statements, technical specifications, and project requirements before starting site activities. Monitor contractors’ work and ensure compliance with approved plans, quality standards, and safety procedures. Inspect earthworks, excavation, subgrade, asphalt, concrete, drainage, utilities, and structural works. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, surveyors, inspectors, and other project team members. Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports. Identify and report site issues, delays, quality concerns, and technical problems to the Project Manager. Verify completed work and quantities against approved drawings and project requirements. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.3–5 years of relevant experience in roads, bridges, highways, or infrastructure projects. Experience in construction supervision or site execution. Good knowledge of civil construction methods, drawings, and technical specifications. Familiarity with quality, safety, and site inspection requirements. Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Auto CAD. GCC or Saudi Arabia experience is preferred. Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers is preferred.
