Marketing Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies for residential, commercial and mixed-use real estate projects. Plan and coordinate digital marketing campaigns, social media activities, and property promotions. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer demand assessments. Support project positioning, branding, pricing recommendations. Coordinate with marketing agencies, brokers, and media partners to maximize project visibility. Prepare marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and promotional content.
Sales Responsibilities Generate and manage sales leads through direct sales activities and broker networks. Conduct property presentations, project demonstrations, and client meetings. Advise prospective buyers on project features, pricing, payment plans. Negotiate sales terms and facilitate transaction closures in accordance with company & Saudi Arabia policies. Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
Required Skills & Competencies Valid Real Estate License (REGA or equivalent). Strong knowledge of the Saudi real estate market and residential property sales. Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong understanding of real estate marketing principles and digital marketing platforms. Ability to conduct feasibility assessments and market analysis. Proficiency in Design Solutions and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English. Strong relationship management and customer service orientation. Ability to work with brokers, investors, and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. Experience with residential developers, real estate brokerage firms, or property investment companies. Existing network of clients, brokers, and industry contacts within Saudi Arabia.
