JOB PURPOSE:<br>To support the design, implementation, and analysis of research and evaluation activities that inform evidence-based decision-making and contribute to the development and continuous improvement of programs and experiences.<br>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:<br>Support with qualitative analysis and focus groups, including the development of research instruments, data analysis, and reporting.
