Monitor project progress and ensure completion of activities within approved schedules. Coordinate finishing activities with MEP and other construction disciplines. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Participate in snagging, de-snagging, testing, and handover activities. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards at all times. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. Minimum 7–10 years of experience in finishing and fit-out works. Proven experience on mega construction projects is mandatory. Strong knowledge of architectural finishes, construction methodologies, and quality control procedures. Experience in reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and finishing specifications.
