The duties have continuity through leading the testing and commissioning activities and hand-over of the works to the Client and/or operator. Establish project supervision objectives, priorities, and performance expectations. Mentor, develop, and evaluate team members to maintain a high-performing organization. Monitor project supervision budgets and resource utilization. Review project forecasts, staffing plans, and financial performance. Support management in achieving revenue and profitability targets. Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost optimization. Prepare and present periodic project performance reports to senior management and clients. Monitor project KPIs related to schedule, quality, safety, and cost. Escalate critical issues and provide strategic recommendations. Ensure compliance with organizational governance and reporting requirements.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Degree in a related Architecture of Engineering discipline. Master s degree is preferred. Professional membership with a recognized engineering institution is preferred. Minimum 18 years of experience in construction and engineering projects. At least 10 years in a managerial or leadership role within construction supervision, project management, or engineering consultancy. Proven experience overseeing medium or large-scale infrastructures, complex buildings and/or urban developments. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with other functional leads, majorly contract/commercial management, projects controls, engineering. Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and government authorities. Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills. Robust competency on construction supervision, site management, quality management and construction planning. Good competency on contract and commercial management, project controls, quality control and engineering. Good knowledge of inspection and testing techniques with regard to temporary and permanent works. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, mid and long-term thinking and anticipation skills. Strong engineering judgement, communication and technical reporting skills. Strong ability on negotiation, conflict resolution, decision-making and problem-solving. High level of organisation and commitment to your work. Excellent personal organisational skills and team work.
