المهام والمسؤوليات:   1. التخطيط والتنظيم: وضع خطة زمنية تفصيلية لأعمال التشطيب بما يشمل جميع البنود (مثل الطلاء، السباكة، الكهرباء، الأبواب، النوافذ، وغيرها). جدولة العمل بالتنسيق مع المقاولين لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة دون تأخير أو تداخل بين البنود.  2. الإشراف الميداني: متابعة العمال والمقاولين في الموقع والإشراف على تنفيذ الأعمال وفقًا للمعايير الهندسية والجودة المطلوبة. التفتيش اليومي على تقدم العمل في مختلف البنود والتأكد من مطابقته للمواصفات الهندسية.  3. استلام وتدقيق المواد: استلام المواد من الموردين والتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات الفنية قبل استخدامها في التشطيب. التأكد من توفر المواد اللازمة في الوقت المناسب لمنع أي تأخير في العمل. 4. التمتير وإعداد التقارير: إجراء قياسات دقيقة (تمتير) للمواد المستخدمة بشكل أسبوعي وتقديم تقارير شاملة للمالك أو الإدارة العليا حول التقدم المحرز. إعداد تقارير تفصيلية عن حالة المشروع والتحديات التي قد تواجهه، مع توصيات لحلول ممكنة. 5. التنسيق والتواصل: التنسيق بين مختلف فرق العمل (الكهرباء، السباكة، الدهانات، وغيرها) لضمان عدم تعارض الأعمال وتوفير بيئة عمل فعّالة. التواصل مع المالك أو ممثله لتقديم التحديثات اللازمة والموافقة على التعديلات عند الحاجة. 6. اعتماد دفعات المقاولين: مراجعة الأعمال التي تم إنجازها من قبل المقاولين والتحقق من جودتها ومطابقتها للعقود المتفق عليها. اعتماد الدفعات المالية المستحقة للمقاولين بعد التأكد من إتمام الأعمال وفقًا للمواصفات المطلوبة.   7. ضمان الجودة: تطبيق أعلى معايير الجودة في جميع مراحل التشطيب، وضمان التزام الجميع بإجراءات السلامة والجودة. متابعة ومعالجة أي مشاكل فنية تظهر أثناء التنفيذ وتقديم حلول سريعة وفعالة. <p><strong>تفاصيل إضافية</strong></p><ul><li>عدد الشواغر: 1</li><li>نظام الورديات: صباحية و مسائية</li><li>المزايا: تأمين صحي، بدل انتقال، وجبات، سكن</li></ul>
