Provide regular, decision-useful treasury reporting to the GCFO and leadership covering cash, liquidity, debt, banking limits, and facility utilization. Track covenant positions and headroom and flag issues to the GCFO in good time. Give early warning on funding and liquidity matters. C. Banking Relationships & Facility Support Manage day-to-day relationships and communication with banks and lenders at the working level. Support the GCFO in negotiating, restructuring, and refinancing facilities by preparing financial data, models, information packs, and lender presentations, and following through on agreed actions. Maintain a complete register of facilities, terms, pricing, security, and maturity. Coordinate documentation, sanction letters, security/collateral arrangements, and bank requests accurately and on time. Help broaden and strengthen banking arrangements under the GCFO's direction. E. Financial Risk Management Monitor the Group's exposure to interest rate, foreign exchange, and liquidity risk, and highlight material exposures to the GCFO. Execute hedging transactions within the framework and limits approved by the GCFO / Board. Manage counterparty and bank concentration considerations at the operational level. F.
