Monitor technical risks, resolve engineering challenges, and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions. Support Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design-to-Cost (DTC) initiatives. Contribute to engineering standards, product guidelines, and continuous improvement programs.<br>Qualifications Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline. Proven experience in Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Industrialization, New Product Introduction (NPI), or Research & Development. Experience leading cross-functional engineering projects within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of product validation, prototype development, manufacturing processes, and production readiness. Hands-on experience with FMEA, Control Plans, Root Cause Analysis, and quality engineering tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and project management skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities. Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Project Manager – Facilities Management<br>About the Role ESOM is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Facilities Management to lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services across a medium-to-large project. The Project Manager will be responsible for overall project operations, contract performance, budget control, workforce management, client satisfaction, SLA compliance, risk management, and the effective delivery of both hard and soft FM services. The position may oversee a workforce of approximately 200–450 employees.<br>Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day delivery of hard and soft facilities management services. Manage the project contract, operational budget, revenue, costs, expenditure, and financial performance. Ensure compliance with contractual SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, safety requirements, and government regulations. Lead multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, supervisors, technicians, cleaners, and support-service personnel. Maintain strong client relationships, address operational concerns, and improve customer satisfaction. Manage project risks, contingency plans, resource allocation, procurement requirements, and vendor performance. Review operational reports, audits, workforce plans, and performance results to identify improvement opportunities. Drive process improvement, digitalization, sustainability, and operational efficiency initiatives.<br>Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering. Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities management, operations, and maintenance. Proven experience managing a large FM project in a leadership or managerial capacity. Strong understanding of both hard services and soft services, including maintenance, cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, and external-area services. Demonstrated experience in project budgeting, contract management, SLA performance, workforce planning, and client management. Professional certification in project management or facilities management is preferred. Experience in project estimation and proposal preparation is preferred.
