Job Title:CAFM Operator Department: Work Control<br>About the Role ESOM is seeking an experienced CAFM Operator to manage asset and maintenance information within the Computer-Aided Facility Management system. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate asset records, generating Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance work orders, monitoring work-order progress, coordinating with technical teams and the Help Desk, and producing accurate operational and client reports. Candidates must have experience working with CAFM or CMMS platforms. Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo is preferred; candidates with strong Maximo knowledge and relevant experience using another recognized CAFM/CMMS platform may also be considered.<br>Key Responsibilities Accurately enter, update, verify, and maintain asset, maintenance, and work-order data within the CAFM system. سيكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولاً عن إدخال وتحديث البيانات في قاعدة بياناتنا بدقة وكفاءة عاليتين. يتطلب هذا الدور اهتماماً قوياً بالتفاصيل والقدرة على التعامل مع كميات كبيرة من المعلومات. إذا كنت منظماً وموثوقاً ولديك شغف بالحفاظ على سلامة البيانات، فنحن نود أن نسمع منك.<br>المسؤوليات- إدخال وتحديث البيانات في قاعدة البيانات بدقة وسرعة- التحقق من دقة البيانات المدخلة وإجراء التصحيحات اللازمة- ضمان سلامة وأمن البيانات في جميع الأوقات- الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات الحساسة- الالتزام بمعايير وإجراءات إدخال البيانات- إنشاء التقارير وإجراء تحليل البيانات حسب الحاجة- حل الشكاوى. التواصل بكفاءة والتحكم في عملية حل الشكاوى بين الشركة والأطراف الأخرى<br>المتطلبات- معرفة ممتازة بأدوات معالجة النصوص وجداول البيانات (MS Office, Google Docs, إلخ)- قد تكون مهارات التواصل الأساسية ضرورية، خاصة إذا احتاج مشغلو إدخال البيانات إلى توضيح المعلومات مع أعضاء الفريق أو العملاء- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والدقة- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت جيدة

To monitor and control manufacturing operations from the control room to ensure safe, stable, and efficient production. Responsible for tracking process parameters through DCS/PLC systems, responding to process deviations in a timely manner, and coordinating with field teams to maintain smooth and continuous operations.<br><br>Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br>• Operate and monitor plant systems through DCS/PLC control systems to ensure stable and efficient operations.• Monitor process conditions and adjust operating parameters as required.• Respond effectively to alarms and process interruptions.• Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to resolve issues.• Maintain accurate production and operational records.• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational procedures.<br><br>Qualifications and Requirements:<br>• Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Industrial Technology.• Minimum 3 years of experience in control room operations• Knowledge of DCS, PLC, and industrial control systems.• Experience in insulation, glass, packaging, or power industries is preferred..• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
