About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Technical Consultant – Equipment to join our Painting Equipment Division. Experience with technical proposals, quotations, and tender processes. Valid Saudi driving license. Professional English communication skills. Currently residing in Saudi Arabia. <p>تقديم خدمة استقبال وإدارية عالية الجودة واحترافية للمرضى والأطباء والموظفين والزملاء والمتخصصين في الخدمات الصحية وغيرهم. العمل كنقطة الاتصال الأولى للمرضى الذين يتصلون بالعيادة المتعددة التخصصات من خلال التأكد من أن الاستفسارات من المرضى تتم معالجتها بكفاءة وبشكل مهذب بأفضل طريقة لنقل صورة وهوية العيادة. المسئوليات يرحب ويرحب بجميع المرضى والزوار، حضورياً أو هاتفياً، ويجيب على استفساراتهم بكفاءة وبأسلوب مهذب لضمان رضا المرضى. التأكد من أن منطقة الاستقبال تكون مأهولة دائماً في جميع الأوقات حتى أثناء فترات الاستراحة لتجنب أي مشكلات صحية أو أمان أو أمان كما يتيح الاستعداد لاستفسارات المرضى في جميع الأوقات. يسجل المرضى الجدد ويحدث بيانات المرضى الحالية عن طريق جمع معلومات مريضة تفصيلية تشمل معلومات شخصية ومالية. يحجز، يعدل ويلغي موعد المريض وفق إجراءات مواعيد العيادة لضمان أقصى كفاءة لنظام المواعيد. التأكد من أن المرضى بدون مواعيد ولكنهم بحاجة إلى «استشارات عاجلة» يتم حجزهم في فترات مناسبة وتحويلهم إلى الطبيب المناسب عند الضرورة. يتلقى ويُسجل بدقة طلبات زيارات منزلية، ويقيم العاجلة وفقاً لبروتوكولات العيادة. طباعة ورقة ملخصة للزيارة المنزلية.
