Targeting Saudi Aramco well programs and associated drilling contractors, you will combine a deep technical understanding of downhole tool applications with the commercial acumen to win and retain high-value contracts. You must be as comfortable in a technical well review as you are driving a commercial negotiation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Commercial Growth & Contract Management – Lead the full commercial cycle for downhole tool sales — from bid preparation and tender submission to contract award and performance management. – Develop, qualify, and advance a robust sales pipeline covering Aramco well programs, third-party operators, and drilling contractors in Saudi Arabia. – Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements in alignment with BESTE's commercial framework and margin targets.
