في شركة كيديا للاستثمار، نحن نمهد وجهة بارزة تعيد تعريف الترفيه والثقافة والضيافة في المملكة. وحدة أعمال الضيافة تطور محفظة من أصول فندقية مركزية لهذه الرؤية. مع تقدم هذه الأصول، نحن نبحث عن محترفين ذوي خبرة للمساعدة في تقديمها وفق أعلى معايير جودة التصميم وتجربة الضيوف والأداء التجاري.<br><br>في هذا الدور، ستقود أجندة التصميم المعماري الإبداعي عبر محفظة الضيافة، مع تعريف مبادئ التصميم وتشكيل مفاهيم الفنادق من موجز التطوير إلى اتجاه التصميم المعتمد، مع الإشراف على الاستشاريين وضمان الحفاظ على سلامة التصميم والامتثال الفني والأداء من خلال التنفيذ.<br><br>المسؤوليات الأساسية<br><br>قيادة تعريف المعمارية لمفاهيم الفنادق من موجز التطوير إلى اتجاه التصميم المعتمد، وتنسيق استجابات مميزة وعاطفية ومربحة اقتصادياً ومتوافقة مع رؤى كيديا، والمنطقة والمشغّل الصياغة وتحديد مبادئ التصميم المعماري ونماذج الأداء لكل فئة فندقية، وتأسيس خطوط تصميم متسقة ومحققة عبر المحفظة<br>الإشراف على إحاطة الاستشاري وتحديد النطاق، والتحقق من مدى التوافق مع موجبات التطوير وتحديد موضع الأصل ومتطلبات المشغل وموافقات الحوكمة<br>الإشراف على التصور والتواصل التصميمي (بما في ذلك استراتيجية CGI)، وضمان أن تُعبر المفاهيم بوضوح وتتماشى مع السرد التصميمي وتوقعات أصحاب المصلحة<br>قيادة وحوكمة المعمار والمستشارين المتخصصين، وتحريك النهج الاستراتيجي في التعيين والنطاق والتسليم والإشراف على الأداء والجودة والاتساق الإبداعي<br>توفير حوكمة وظيفية لفِرق إدارة التصميم المدمجة بالمشروع، ومراجعة وتأييد التسليمات المعمارية لضمان استمرار نية التصميم المعتمد أثناء التنفيذ<br>قيادة المدخلات التقنية لموجزات التطوير، وتشكيل كفاءة التخطيط ونسب الإجمال إلى الصافي والتكوين المكاني وتكامل الأنظمة لأصول الضيافة<br>دفع التنسيق المتكامل عبر الهندسة المعمارية والديكور والحدائق والتخصصات الفنية، وحل التقاطعات وضمان نتائج تصميم متماسكة<br>قيادة المراجعة المنظمة لطلبات التصميم عبر مراحل رئيسية، وتقديم ملاحظات واضحة وتأييد لدعم تقدم التصميم<br>توفير إشراف تصميمي إبداعي وتقني من خلال التصميم والبناء، وحل التقاطعات والانحرافات للحفاظ على جودة ونية التصميم<br>توجيه قيمة الهندسة وتحسين التصميم، موازنة نية التصميم وتجربة الضيوف وأداء الأصل<br>ترويج الاستدامة والتصميم المستجيب للمناخ، وتضمين أولويات ESG ورؤية 2030<br>توجيه الفرق وقيادة التحسين المستمر لعمليات التصميم والمعايير وأفضل الممارسات<br><br>المتطلبات<br><br>المؤهلات<br><br>درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو تخصص ذو صلة<br><br>الشهادات المهنية<br><br>يفضل عضوية مهنية أو شهادة معترف بها (مثلاً RIBA، AIA، RICS أو ما يعادلها)<br><br>سنوات الخبرة<br><br>خبرة 15+ عامًا في التصميم المعماري مع تركيز قوي في الضيافة عبر مشاريع فاخرة ومتعددة الطبقات<br><br>المهارات والسمات المطلوبة<br><br>إلمام قوي بالتصميم المعماري والحكم والقدرة على المراجعة الفنية عبر جميع مراحل المشروع<br>فهم طاقي للتخطيط الضيافي (المناطق والكفاءة وغيرها) وأنظمة البناء (الهيكلية وتكامل MEP وغيرها)<br>القدرة على إدارة الاستشاريين وتأثير نتائج التصميم<br>الوعي التجاري بتكاليف وتأثيرات البرنامج<br>مهارات إدارة أصحاب المصلحة قوية، صوغ نية التصميم لضمان الاتساق ودفع اتخاذ القرار<br>الراحة في العمل في بيئات سريعة الإيقاع، إدارة الغموض وتغيّر الأولويات<br>إتقان أدوات إدارة التصميم والتنسيق (مثل Revit، BIM، منصات CDE، Aconex، Autodesk Construction Cloud، إلخ)<br><br>الخلفية والخبرة المفضلة<br><br>خبرة في دور قيادي تصميمي رفيع (مدير التصميم، رئيس أو ما يعادله) ضمن جهة ممارسات معمارية كبرى أو بيئة مطور<br>سجل حافل في إدارة بيئة معماريين ومستشارين متعددين في مشاريع متعددة<br>خبرة قوية في عرض مفاهيم معمارية لأصحاب المصلحة وكبار المشغلين<br>خبرة العمل مع مشغلي فنادق دوليين ومعايير العلامة التجارية<br>خبرة في المملكة العربية السعودية/ مجلس التعاون أو بيئات تطوير واسعة النطاق مفضلة
