Job Purpose Lead all facilities & maintenance operations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, ensuring safe, compliant, cost-effective and high-performing maintenance services across the entire Americana asset portfolio. The role drives asset reliability, operational continuity, KPI achievement, budget control and continuous improvement.<br>Key Responsibilities Develop and execute maintenance plans to improve the performance and efficiency of the KSA technical team Direct the execution of daily maintenance operations in accordance with the applicable Performance Work Statement (PWS), company policies, franchisor requirements and local regulations. Provide technical direction to supervisors & technicians to ensure a responsive service to our restaurants. As required recruit, develop or train personnel on all aspects of restaurant maintenance and equipment maintenance. Create weekly / monthly meetings with key Operations stakeholders to ensure aligned focus & feedback opportunities. Analyzes service level agreements with service providers, contractors / sub-contractors to ensure that items stipulated in the contracts are carried out as agreed and comply with Americana policies.
