Job Brief Are you passionate about quality and excellence in construction projects? We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control activities on major EPIC projects. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems that ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain project QA/QC systems, procedures, and processes. Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements. Lead quality inspections, audits, and monitoring activities across project sites. Manage and maintain quality management documentation and records. Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients on quality matters. Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. Monitor project activities to ensure adherence to approved quality plans. Conduct quality reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with applicable industry codes, standards, and best practices. Lead and mentor QA/QC teams to achieve project quality objectives. Prepare quality reports and provide updates to project management. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Minimum 15 years of relevant QA/QC experience in building, infrastructure, and communication projects. At least 5 years of experience as the overall QA/QC Manager or QA/QC In-Charge on major projects. Proven experience in establishing and implementing QA/QC systems, procedures, and processes for EPIC projects of similar size and complexity. QMS Lead Auditor Certification or equivalent qualification. Strong knowledge of quality management systems and relevant industry codes, standards, and practices. Ability to assess compliance and exercise sound professional judgment against quality requirements. Experience in site quality management, inspections, audits, and project coordination.
