Contracts Manager – Real Estate & Mixed-Use Developments<br>???? Monitor contractual compliance and proactively identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.<br>Governance & Stakeholder Coordination<br>Coordinate with Commercial, Legal, Procurement, Project Controls, and Delivery teams to ensure integrated project execution. Maintain accurate contractual documentation and audit trails in line with internal governance procedures. Support dispute avoidance and resolution strategies while protecting the company’s contractual position. Close-Out Lead contract close-out activities including final accounts, claims settlement, and contractual release. Ensure proper documentation of contractual records and lessons learned for future projects.<br>Requirements<br>Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline. Minimum 12 years of experience in contract management within real estate development, mixed-use, or large-scale construction projects. Mandatory experience across both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract phases. Strong hands-on experience in:Contract drafting & tender documentation Contract administration Variations & change management Claims management (EOT, cost, disruption) Commercial risk management Strong knowledge of standard contract forms such as FIDIC or equivalent.
