About the Role As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets across key market segments. You will play a vital role in positioning Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya as the preferred destination for corporate, leisure, and group business.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue goals. Identify and secure new business opportunities within assigned market segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and key decision-makers. Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel site inspections. Negotiate contracts and maximize revenue opportunities. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account plans.
Qualifications✅ Saudi National (Required) ✅ Previous experience in hotel sales, preferably within an international hotel brand ✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills ✅ Proven track record of achieving sales targets ✅ Ability to build and maintain client relationships ✅ Strong organizational and time-management skills ✅ Proficiency in English ✅ Knowledge of the Riyadh market
