Continually develop positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing activity with specific objectives across different channels and segments. In collaboration with the delivery team, develop asset specific brand-centric content and sales collaterals that are in line with the positioning of RSG’s developments and assets. Drive the content development for the Red Sea Residences website and ensure its continuously up to date. Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies. Working with the Sales and Development teams, identify residential marketing events and the opportunities that can be leveraged via attendance and or participation. Liaise with Comms and Events teams to ensure successful participation. Ensure that relevant systems are in place that help the flow of communication across the team. Effectively manage project / business performance by planning, coordinating, delivering, evaluating and communicating as appropriate. Working in partnership with digital, creative, media, PR and social media agencies, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-¬facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets. Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels. Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, communicate objectives KPI’s and budgets to senior management. In collaboration with the digital team, create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
