Job Overview: The Head of Groundsmen is responsible for leading and overseeing all grounds-keeping and pitch maintenance activities at Al-Qadsiah Club to ensure that playing surfaces, training pitches, and outdoor areas meet professional football standards. Reporting to the Director of Operations, thisrole ensures pitch quality, safety, and readiness for training sessions, match-days, and events, while maintaining compliance with SPL, Ministry of Sport, and applicable football regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Pitch & Playing Surface Management • Plan, supervise, and execute maintenance programs for all playing and training pitches. • Ensure pitch surfaces meet professional standards for performance, safety, and appearance. • Monitor turf health, drainage, leveling, and surface conditions. 2. Match-day & Training Readiness • Ensure pitches and surrounding areas are fully prepared for training sessions, matches, andofficial events. • Coordinate pitch readiness schedules in line with team training and match calendars. • Support inspections and approvals by leagues and governing bodies. 3. Grounds Maintenance & Landscaping • Oversee maintenance of all outdoor grounds, landscaped areas, and pathways. • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic quality of external areas. 4. <h3>About the Role</h3>Ades Holding Co. is seeking a dedicated Day Tool Pusher to supervise and control all drilling operations activities during the day shift. Based in Al Khobar, this full-time position is critical for ensuring the successful completion of wells and drilling activities while prioritizing the safety of personnel, the environment, and equipment.
