Role Description The Restaurant Technology Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. This role focuses on selling Arqami’s restaurant technology solutions to new and existing clients, including POS, ordering, and management platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting product demos, and preparing proposals tailored to restaurant operators’ needs. The specialist maintains ongoing relationships with clients, coordinates with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation, and provides consultative guidance on optimizing technology usage. The role also involves tracking sales activities, reporting on pipeline and performance, and staying informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to support strategic growth.<br>Qualifications<br> Demonstrated Sales and Business Development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals. Experience in Consulting and Account Management to provide advisory support and maintain long-term client relationships. The Shift Operator will execute daily tasks which include preparing and implementing safety work permits, LOTO, complete operations preventative maintenance activities, and assist the maintenance and engineering teams in preparing and executing corrective maintenance activities.<br><br>Principal Accountabilities<br><br>Safety<br><br>Maintain a safe work environment. Demonstrate leadership with all company & industry safe work processes to prevent all injuries. Ensure proper documentation is maintained for safety related activities.<br><br>Technical<br><br>Operate the HYCO Steam Methane Reformer and CO2 recovery units and ancillary equipment including water treatment units as prescribed by the Work Instruction Procedures Operate the pipeline network to supply hydrogen, steam, and CO2 to the pipeline customers safely and efficiently. The Pipeline operations team will be part of the overall operating team and will also manage the oxygen and nitrogen pipeline products. Provide Operations support & guidance during the commissioning of the plant. Maintain accurate document control and monitor quality assurance initiatives. Provide Operations guidance to ensure safety, reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, and controls. Manage plant production efficiently based on input provided from Plant Management and Plant Production Engineering to ensure safety and reliability targets are met to achieve maximum profitable. Report shift production progress and plant status to the Shift Supervisor, providing operational solutions for shortfall areas.<br><br>Operations<br><br>Ensure the safety of all operations personnel by utilizing the APQ Basic Safety Practice program, which includes Safety Work Permits, LOTO, Confined Space, etc. The position facilitates executing, organizing, and auditing, to build the Air Products safety culture into the APQ. Support the maintenance and engineering team in maintaining plant reliability through the execution of preventive maintenance activities scheduled and coordinating of corrective maintenance activities of the equipment in order to optimize activities during plant shut-downs to avoid business interruption. Provide operations support and participate in investigations and Root Cause Analysis in order to identify & implement sustainable corrective actions. <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p><strong>Position Title-Operator, Loader</strong></p><p>Reports to- Supervisor, Rig Move</p><br><p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p><p>The main purpose of the Operator, Loader position is to operate loading equipment in a safe and effective manner to deliver upon client and/or AMHEC requirements and minimize the risk of property damage, injury, or loss of life.</p><br><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Operate different types of wheel loader / forklift depending on the specific requirements of the job.</p></li><li><p>Understand and follow safety protocols and procedures while operating the wheel loader / forklift to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.</p></li><li><p>Conduct pre-operational checks on the wheel loader / forklift to ensure it is in proper working condition.</p></li><li><p>Perform routine maintenance on the wheel loader / forklift, such as lubricating parts, checking hydraulic systems, and replacing worn-out components.</p></li><li><p>Report any malfunctions or defects to his direct supervisor and coordinator, operations for timely repairs.</p></li><li><p>Determine the weight and dimensions of the load to be lifted and precisely and accurately position heavy loads, particularly when working in confined spaces or in proximity to existing structures.</p></li><li><p>Rig the load properly, attaching slings, hooks, or other lifting devices as needed.</p></li><li><p>Lift and move loads to specified locations with precision, considering environmental factors and potential obstacles.</p></li><li><p>Maintain clear and constant communication with ground personnel, signalers, and other team members using hand signals, two-way radios, or other communication devices, where applicable.</p></li><li><p>Follow instructions from truck pushers, supervisors and work collaboratively with the rig move team.</p></li><li><p>Adhere to AMHEC’s policies, procedures, and safe work instruction.</p></li><li><p>Identify and mitigate potential hazards in the wheel loader / forklift operating area.</p></li><li><p>Participate in safety meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and regulations.</p></li><li><p>When required, keep accurate records of daily activities, including the type and weight of loads lifted, hours of operation, and maintenance performed.</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues or malfunctions in a timely manner.</p></li><li><p>Sign-off on the Equipment Checklist along with Operations representative and inspector prior to mobilization, as an acknowledgement of receiving in good condition prior to project execution.</p></li><li><p>Check working condition of the wheel loader / forklift and all accessories, daily prior to utilization.</p></li><li><p>Perform safety and maintenance checks as per the loading equipment guidelines.</p></li><li><p>Document daily inspection, safety, and maintenance checks.</p></li><li><p>Complete operation time sheets (of AMHEC and client), daily, in an ethical and diligent manner and obtain approval from the authorized client representative.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with the Coordinator, Rig Move and truck pushers to submit time sheets, immediately, upon project completion.</p></li><li><p>Clean, maintain and secure all wheel loader / forklift as directed by the equipment operation guidelines.</p></li><li><p>Assemble accessories as per the operation guidelines.</p></li><li><p>Monitor site conditions which could affect loading operation and refuse (using the stop work authority) any operation which is unsafe or could damage the equipment and accessories.</p></li><li><p>Adequately secure and shut down and park the wheel loader / forklift and its accessories, if unattended and, at closure of daily operations.</p></li><li><p>Consider all factors that might reduce load capacity and adjust the load weight to counter such factors including weather and ground conditions.</p></li><li><p>Follow safety guidelines at AMHEC, client and rig sites and must always be in personal protective equipment when in duty.</p></li><li><p>Inform the Truck Pushers, Coordinator, Rig Move of any problems, maintenance, or necessary repairs to the equipment and complete the basic requirements on the Work Order form.</p></li><li><p>Sign-off on the Equipment Checklist along with Operations representative prior to demobilization and at the time of arrival at AMHEC’s Yard, as an acknowledgement.</p></li><li><p>Receive any complaints about operations and quality of service from the client and report the same to the Supervisor, Truck Pushers Coordinator, and Operations in a timely manner.</p></li><li><p>Maintain decorum and respond to AMHEC and all client representatives in a courteous and respectful manner.</p></li><li><p>Participate in all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and operator training organized by HSE department.</p></li><li><p>Monitor the fuel usage.</p></li><li><p>Adhere to all employee and process level policies and procedures as per AMHEC’s Business Conduct and Ethics and Operations manual.</p></li><li><p>Make decisions quickly and efficiently to ensure the safety and productivity of the work site.</p></li><li><p>Stay informed about updates to licensing and certification requirements.</p></li><li><p>Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his/her direct manager.</p></li></ul><br><p><strong>HSE Responsibility</strong></p><ul><li><p>Identifies any Health, Safety or Environmental risks and recommends and implements measures and solutions to mitigate these risks.</p></li><li><p>Complies with established health and safety guidelines and procedures and ensures the health, safety and welfare of self and others.</p></li><li><p>Identifies and reports to management any Health, Safety or Environmental risks and makes suggestions to address these risks and cooperate with his/her supervisor’s instructions.</p></li></ul><br><p><strong>QHSE Authority</strong></p><ul><li><p>Contribute to the QMS: to contribute to the effectiveness of the quality management system (QMS) by implementing processes in accordance with their roles and responsibilities.</p></li><li><p>Participate in Training and Apply Competence: to participate in training programs to develop and maintain the necessary competence for their roles, and to apply their competence to perform work activities and contribute to the effectiveness of the QMS.</p></li><li><p>Follow Procedures and Control of Production and Service Provision: to follow documented procedures and work instructions relevant to their work.</p></li><li><p>Report Changes and Nonconformities: to report any changes in their work environment or processes that could affect the conformity of AMHEC's products or services, report any nonconformities and suggest corrective actions to prevent their recurrence.</p></li></ul><br><p><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p><ul><li><p>Nature of work may require working beyond standard working hours.</p></li></ul><br><p><strong>Physical/Travel Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Travel (up to 90%) within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to AMHEC’s sites, yards and branches.</p></li><li><p>Maintain physical fitness and agility to operate the controls and respond to changing conditions effectively.</p></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"><br></p><ul><li><p>High School Diploma or equivalent.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience operating various types of wheel loader / forklift.</p></li><li><p>Possess the necessary licenses and certifications required to operate specific types of wheel loader / forklift i.e. SAG, SPSP, and Saudi Aramco license.</p></li><li><p>Preferably with previous work experience in Oil &amp; Gas, Construction, or a related field with heavy machinery and site conditions.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in operating wheel loader / forklift is essential.</p></li><li><p>Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety regulations are critical.</p></li><li><p>Effective communication skills in coordinating lifts with
