The Opportunity We are seeking an accomplished Senior Marketing Manager (Poultry) to lead the growth and strategic direction of our Poultry category within Almarai’s Protein Business Unit. This role offers the opportunity to shape long‑term brand strategy, strengthen market positioning, and drive category performance in one of the most competitive and fast‑growing segments of the food industry. As the senior leader for Poultry marketing, you will drive the creation of a structured Strategic Brand Framework that guides all future brand decisions. You will oversee the development of 5‑year strategic plans, annual operating plans, and consumer‑driven insights to support innovation, communication, and commercial execution. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure strong alignment and end‑to‑end business delivery. You will also lead and develop a high‑performing marketing team, ensuring capability growth, robust performance management, and a culture of continuous improvement. This is a critical role for a leader who brings strong Poultry/Protein industry experience, commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to inspire teams toward exceptional business outcomes.
