Job Title:CAFM Operator Department: Work Control<br>About the Role ESOM is seeking an experienced CAFM Operator to manage asset and maintenance information within the Computer-Aided Facility Management system. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate asset records, generating Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance work orders, monitoring work-order progress, coordinating with technical teams and the Help Desk, and producing accurate operational and client reports. Candidates must have experience working with CAFM or CMMS platforms. Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo is preferred; candidates with strong Maximo knowledge and relevant experience using another recognized CAFM/CMMS platform may also be considered.<br>Key Responsibilities Accurately enter, update, verify, and maintain asset, maintenance, and work-order data within the CAFM system.
