Compliance Responsibilities • Develop, implement, and manage an effective legal and regulatory compliance program for the Catalyst group of companies operating in or outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and any additional jurisdictions as needed. • Prepare, review, and update internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements, particularly within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other relevant jurisdictions. • Advise senior management on regulatory compliance matters with competent authorities (including the Capital Market Authority and Saudi regulators) through detailed reports and risk assessments. • Develop and manage effective corrective action plans in response to audit findings, regulatory observations, or compliance breaches. • Conduct periodic compliance reviews and internal audits to identify potential risks, control weaknesses, or regulatory gaps. • Assess the company's operations and activities to determine exposure to compliance risks, particularly within the Saudi market. • Ensure employees are informed and updated on regulatory developments, compliance obligations, and internal procedures. Procedural, Regulatory, and Licensing Support <br> • Follow up and finalize procedures and transactions related to the company before relevant government and non-government entities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. • Assist in obtaining, renewing, and maintaining required registrations, licenses, permits, subscriptions, and regulatory disclosures, and follow up on related procedural requirements. • Collaborate on procedural and administrative requirements related to arranging and advising licenses and any associated procedures or future licensing requirements, provided that such collaboration is limited to procedural follow-up, submitting approved documents, and tracking regulatory responses. • Manage and use the company's electronic platforms only within the authority granted in writing by the company and exclusively for the purpose of performing assigned tasks.<br> 4. General Administrative Responsibilities • Maintain the company's paper and electronic filing systems, statutory records, registers, and documentation archives, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and up to date. • Coordinate with government platforms and service portals (such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher Business, Etimad, Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce, and ZATCA) regarding routine requests, renewals, and status tracking. • Support administrative human resources procedures, including onboarding documents, attendance and leave records, and maintaining employee files. • Act as a point of contact for official incoming correspondence, couriers, and official notices addressed to the company, and route them to the relevant department without delay. • Perform any other reasonable administrative or procedural tasks assigned by the General Manager, commensurate with the employee's qualifications, provided they do not conflict with the independence and priority of the Compliance and AML function.<br> 5. Authority Limits and Restrictions • Provide administrative and procedural support only, without legal representation, signing authority, authority to modify company data, or control over company accounts, unless explicitly authorized in writing. • Provide procedural, administrative, and informational support regarding assigned matters, without providing binding legal opinions or making commitments, undertakings, or declarations on behalf of the company, unless explicitly authorized in writing. • Do not create, modify, replace, disable, retrieve, or change any usernames, passwords, verification codes, login credentials, mobile numbers, email addresses, recovery information, or access methods related to the company's accounts or electronic platforms without prior written consent from the company. • Acknowledge that all company accounts, electronic platforms, login credentials, verification tools, access methods, data, and transaction logs remain the exclusive property of the company and that no personal rights or independent control over them are acquired. • Nothing in this assignment shall be interpreted as granting any general authority to represent the company, sign documents, provide final approvals, or make material changes to company data, except under a specific, written, and explicit authorization issued by the company's authorized representative. • Administrative tasks listed in item (4) do not include executing or approving financial transactions or managing any operational activity subject to compliance review, to preserve the independence of the compliance function.<br> 6. <span>Job Objectives To monitor daily CCTV inspection and sewer-cleaning activities and ensure that all site work is carried out safely and in compliance with Saudi regulations, National Water Company (NWC) HSE requirements, the approved Project HSE Plan, and company procedures, while promptly identifying hazards and reporting unsafe acts and conditions.<br> Roles: Support the QHSE Manager / HSE Focal Point in implementing the Project HSE Plan.<br> Provide continuous safety coverage for assigned field teams and work locations.<br> Promote safe work practices and a positive safety culture among employees and subcontractors.<br> Monitor compliance with company, client, and regulatory HSE requirements.<br> Identify hazards, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions and ensure immediate corrective action.<br> Coordinate daily safety requirements with supervisors, operators, drivers, and field crews.<br> Report HSE observations, incidents, and repeated violations to the QHSE Manager / HSE Focal Point.<br> Responsibilities: Obtain all required permits from all authorities.<br> Implement site safety procedures and instructions issued under the approved Project HSE Plan.<br> Conduct pre-work and continuous site inspections and immediately report unsafe acts or conditions.<br> Check that required Risk Assessments, JSA, toolbox talks, and valid Permits to Work are available before work starts.<br> Ensure correct use of PPE and proper installation of barricades, warning signs, lighting, housekeeping, and traffic-control arrangements.<br> Monitor high-risk activities including manhole opening, confined-space entry, atmospheric gas testing, lifting of manhole covers, jetting operations, generator use, vehicle movement, and road work.<br> Conduct daily toolbox talks and participate in project HSE induction and awareness activities.<br> Inspect tools, equipment, gas detectors, lifting accessories, vehicles, fire extinguishers, first-aid kits, and emergency equipment before use.<br> Ensure confined-space entry requirements, standby arrangements, communication, and rescue provisions are maintained.<br> Report incidents, near misses, hazards, and environmental observations immediately and assist in investigations when required.<br> Maintain daily inspection checklists, toolbox-talk records, PTW records, observation reports, and corrective-action follow-up logs.<br> Follow up corrective actions with the relevant supervisor until satisfactory closure.<br></span> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">
