Overview of the Job and the Company

We are a leading company in the sales and distribution sector of upholstery fabrics and curtains in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a Sales/Sales Administrator to join our team in Jeddah.

Our role contributes to strengthening relationships with customers and achieving growth objectives by managing daily sales operations, coordinating activities between different teams, and providing effective administrative support to ensure smooth operation with efficiency and professionalism.

 

Main Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prepare and organize quotations and handle customer requests according to approved pricing policies.
  • Coordinate order processes from placement to delivery, ensuring documentation and compliance.
  • Follow up with current customers and develop relations with them to ensure their satisfaction and stimulate repeat business.
  • Coordinate schedules with the sales, commercial teams and direct manager to ensure monthly and quarterly plans are executed.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports, analyze performance, and provide improvement recommendations.
  • Provide necessary administrative support to the sales team, including organizing meetings, preparing presentations, and logistical coordination.

 

Qualifications and Requirements

  • University degree in a related field (please specify the major during application).
  • Experience from 4 to 10 years in the sales sector or sales administration, with proven experience in the Saudi market.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic, and ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and fundamentals of administrative reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team spirit, strong motivation to achieve sales targets and provide innovative solutions.
