Job purpose:
Lead and operate the Yasir Educational Platform, ensure daily operations run efficiently, achieve operational goals, and implement the founder's vision and translate it into actionable, practical steps.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the platform's daily operations and supervise all departments.
• Implement the founder's plans and objectives and monitor their implementation.
• Manage the team, assign tasks, and track progress.
• Improve operational procedures and increase work efficiency.
• Monitor the quality of services provided to students and trainers.
• Supervise customer service and resolve operational issues.
• Oversee the launch of courses and educational programs and ensure their readiness.
• Prepare periodic reports on performance, revenues, and operating indicators.
• Coordinate between design, programming, marketing, and content to ensure project progress.
• Monitor deadlines and quality of execution.
• Propose practical solutions to daily problems and make operational decisions within granted authorities.
• Maintain the confidentiality of platform data, customers, and all internal information.
