variance and financial performance reports routinely including discrepancies, interventions and corrective actions. • Monitor cost per EMR, encounter and other relevant expense ratios and develop/ implement plans to achieve improvement to community benchmarks. • Coordinate the development of strategic and operational plans to optimize external medical referrals and support appropriate EMR
