This role will drive cross-functional alignment across Commercial, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Quality, and Product Management to develop and maintain a consensus-based operating plan that supports customer service, revenue, inventory, and margin objectives.</p><br><p>The incumbent will own monthly SIOP governance, facilitate decision-making on demand and supply imbalances, manage inventory strategies across the portfolio, and provide executive-level visibility to risks, opportunities, and mitigation actions. process, including demand review, supply review, inventory review, pre-SIOP, and executive SIOP meetings.</li><li>Partner with Commercial and Product Management teams to translate market intelligence,
