<p><span>We are looking for an experienced Independent Commissioning Agent (ICA) professional to join our commissioning team. As an ICA, you will be managing the Commissioning activities of various building construction and infrastructure projects throughout the design, construction and warranty phases. ICA will serve as the lead commissioning authority and lead or perform commissioning tasks and responsibilities as outlined in CIBSE Commissioning Manuals & ASHRAE Commissioning Guideline.</span></p><br><br>Responsibilities:<br><p>You will be accountable for providing technical expertise by reviewing the contractor’s plans, procedures and logic sequences. </p><br><p>ICA should have a proactive approach and anticipate issues based on your past Testing &Commissioning experience and proven experience in working with multiple stakeholders in a complex environment. </p><br><p>ICA will witness key testing hold points and maintain a dashboard of the progress onsite for the different stages of testing as required for various Green Building Certification systems such as LEED, Estidama, Mostadam, GSAS etc. </p><br><p>ICA will be liaising and coordinating with a substantial number of Design & Build packages including, civil and MEP facilities. <li>Use the CDE (Common Data Environment, ie common collaborative space deployed for every BIM project) related to project to do the works, applying the CDE codification and processes.</li>
<li>Author and review integration requirements.</li>
<li>Deliver Project BIM processes, methodologies and guidance for the collaborative production, maintenance and delivery of information and data</li>
<li>Responsible for managing the overall project modelling tactics and BIM output through all delivery stages of the project for his scope.</li>
<li>Responsible for directing the coordination across sub-systems : Execute multidisciplinary metadata checking, sub-systems desig coordination, clash detection or volume clearance checking</li>
<li>Lead Integration design and built meetings (geometrical clashes and required metadata)</li>
<li>Follow delivery schedule of CW design and sub-systems installation design.</li>
<li>Review the submitted models for interferences, level of details quality.</li>
<li>Manage the configuration of the design received from the CW and the applicable one. Coordinate the civil engineer’s modifications to be carried out by the Infra field.</li>
<li>Support the Construction & Delivery managers for the review of the CW delivery in accordance with the integrated design.</li>

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a profound understanding of modern agricultural practices, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence in the farming sector.<br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br>* Provide strategic direction and leadership for all farm operations, ensuring alignment with the organisation's long-term goals.<br>* Oversee the entire cultivation lifecycle, from planting and irrigation to pest control, harvesting, and post-harvest management.<br>* Develop and manage annual budgets, control costs, and ensure the farm's profitability and financial sustainability.<br>* Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of farm managers, agricultural specialists, and labourers to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.<br>* Implement and maintain the highest standards of quality control for all produce, particularly dates and fruits, to meet market and export standards.<br>* Ensure all farm activities comply with local, national, and international agricultural regulations, as well as health and safety standards.<br>* Drive the adoption of innovative farming technologies, sustainable practices, and modern irrigation techniques to enhance productivity and efficiency.<br>* Manage supply chain logistics, inventory, and relationships with suppliers and vendors.<br>* Prepare and present regular operational and financial performance reports to senior management or the board of directors.<br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br>* A Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Horticulture, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is highly desirable.<br>* Extensive and demonstrable experience in a senior management role, such as General Manager or Farm Director, within a large-scale agricultural operation.<br>* Specialised expertise in the cultivation of dates and other fruits is essential.<br>* Strong financial literacy with proven experience in budget management, P&L responsibility, and financial reporting.<br>* Exceptional leadership, team-building, and communication skills.<br>* In-depth knowledge of the agricultural market and regulatory environment in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC region.<br>* A strategic mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make effective decisions.<br>* Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic would be a significant advantage.<br><strong>Benefits</strong><br>A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate, commensurate with their experience and qualifications.</p><br><br>
