The Payable Section Head will lead the accounts payable function, ensuring accurate, timely, and controlled processing of supplier and subcontractor invoices and payments across a fast-growing telecom infrastructure and EPC environment. The role requires a hands-on AP professional capable of strengthening payable controls, improving invoice processing efficiency, managing vendor relationships, optimizing payment cycles, and ensuring Represent the PMCM team in what refers to Fire Life and Safety for the coordination with the authorities having jurisdiction. Ensures that life safety systems design and construction comply with technical requirements, including design reviews, submittal reviews, inspections and testing. Providing to the construction supervision team engineering expertise through field inspections during various stages of construction. Assesses alternative compliance proposals submitted by the contractor and provides feedback as to the feasibility of the proposal and alignment to client requirements. Coordinates the interface between other engineering and architectural disciplines to ensure integration and coordination across client programs, facilities, and assets. Reviews deliverables submitted by the contractor / designer and confirms compliance to the relevant requirements, codes, and standards. Monitors the input of the designers throughout the construction phase (RFIs, shop drawings, material approvals, mock-up approvals, punch list, etc.). Provides Management level progress reports and briefings with respect to fire and life safety systems design progress, issues, and opportunities. Coaching, mentoring, and supporting career development of client staff members when required. Keep a proactive Safety aptitude and behavior, and contribute in positive to the a culture of safety.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Hold a degree from a recognized university engineering program or, college diploma from an engineering technology program in electrical, mechanical, controls systems, fire engineering or another relevant engineering discipline, with a minimum of 12 years of experience.</li><li>Demonstrable experience in the design, design supervision, construction and commissioning of transport related facilities involving passenger flows for mechanical, electrical, passive and active fire protection systems. Railway related experience is considered a plus.</li><li>Expertise in Fire Protection in buildings through passive and active systems.</li><li>Expertise in smoke management throughout passive and active solutions and evaluation of CFD models.</li><li>Expertise in safety of occupants, compartmentation, evacuation, and pedestrian flow models.</li><li>Knowledge of Life Safety systems along with standards, regulations, codes, laws, requirements from authorities and technologies.</li><li>Experience and knowledge of agency jurisdictions in Riyadh will be considered a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of field construction, project management, and procurement methods and practices, including standard safety requirements, procedures in construction, document control, site acceptance testing, and factory acceptance testing.</li><li>Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills including the ability to facilitate meeting / workshops with large groups of stakeholders.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy when completing inspection and examination testing paperwork.</li><li>Collaborative approach and good communication skills.</li><li>Good organizational skills.</li><li>Used to work in a fast-paced office environment combining design review, engineering, construction supervision works and administration work.</li><li>Open to adapt to flexible working hours arrangements.</li><li>Experience working in the KSA or wider Middle East region is preferred.</li></ul>

<p>The UN Secretary-General launched on 1 January 2019 a bold and new global reform which repositioned the UN Development System to deliver more effectively and efficiently the achievement of the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals. As part of this reform, UN Resident Coordinator Offices (UN RCO), under the leadership of an empowered and independent UN Resident Coordinator, support countries in the achievement of their development priorities and the attainment of the SDGs. In its Resolution A/RES/72/279, the United Nations General Assembly endorsed the transformation of the Development Operations Coordination Office (DCO) as a stand-alone coordination office within the United Nations Secretariat. DCO exercises managerial and oversight functions of the resident coordinator system under the oversight of the Chair of United Nations Sustainable Development Group (UNSDG). <p>Performs aircraft maintenance tasks on the AH-64E as required using the specific OEM Operators Manual, Maintenance Test Flight Manual, Check List Manual, and any other directives pertinent to the environment. Removes and installs aircraft systems and subsystem assemblies and components including engines, rotors, gearboxes, transmissions, mechanical flight controls and their components. Services and lubricates aircraft systems, subsystems, and components. Prepares aircraft for inspections and maintenance checks. Performs scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance actions. Uses common measuring tools, precision measuring gages and alignment fixtures. Performs aircraft and related components routine and special inspections. Performs maintenance operational checks. Diagnoses and troubleshoots aircraft subsystems using special tools and equipment as required. Uses and performs operator maintenance on tools, special tools and Aircraft Ground Support Equipment (AGSE) Prepares aircraft maintenance forms and records. Conducts MNG OJT training as required. Ensures that all related maintenance operations are conducted in a safe manner.</p><p>Ensures that AH64-E Aircraft maintenance functional activities and procedures among designated organizations are planned, coordinated, integrated, and synchronized to achieve established platform operational readiness objectives. Responsible for the compliance with established maintenance systems, processes, procedures and reports that provide immediate situational awareness of platform readiness rates. Establishes daily maintenance operational goals, objectives and priorities for implementation in-order to achieve stated readiness rates and MNG training objectives as required. Oversees the daily maintenance management of individually assigned aircraft in support of the Production Control (PC) Manager. Retains the authority to select and implement goals and objectives within the execution of duties and responsibilities.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Associates Degree required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred As a condition of employment in Saudi Arabia, all candidates must successfully complete the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development s Qualification Verification Program (QVP) to ensure eligibility for visa processing and employment authorization. Must have U.S drivers license and Passport. Must be able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements that include medical, drug testing, background checks etc. Demonstrated past performance and experience in maintenance in the AH64 E aircraft FAA A&P certificate. FAA IA certificate. Experience Requirements: Three (3) years experiences as an aircraft mechanic on AH 64 series and five (5) year's total experience in aviation maintenance.</p>

The Divemaster supports the Dive Center Manager in ensuring operational readiness, guest satisfaction, safety compliance, and commercial performance. This includes leading certified divers, assisting instructors during courses, maintaining the appearance and functionality of the dive center, and contributing to retail and sales activities.
