You will lead the contractual and commercial management on the PMCM Services for the Delivery of an iconic Metro Station in Riyadh, collaborating across all stages of the project lifecycle with the Engineering and Construction supervision team and in close coordination with the D&B Contractor and from early stages until handing-over the project. The successful candidate will be have a senior leadership role for commercial strategy, contract administration, claims management, cost control, risk management and protection of the Client and Consultants organizations’ s commercial interests throughout the project life cycle.</p><br><p>With such size, scope and scale, you'll have plenty of opportunities to keep yourself challenged and to grow your technical leadership skills.</p><br>Your role<ul><li>Act as the PMCM representative for the Design and Engineering of the Project, being accountable and leading all commercial and contractual aspects of the Project, ensuring effective contract administration, financial performance, risk mitigation, and protection of the organizations' s commercial interests. The role is responsible for developing commercial strategies, managing claims and disputes and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations while maximizing value for stakeholders.</li><li>Lead all commercial and contractual functions across the project lifecycle.</li><li>Provide strategic commercial and contractual advice to the Project Director, the Client and the project leadership teams.</li><li>Lead the administration and interpretation of project contracts.</li><li>Develop and implement project commercial strategies aligned with organizational objectives.</li><li>Ensure Engineering, Construction Management, Law, Commercial Management, or related discipline.</li><li>Master's Degree in Construction Law, Commercial Management, Business Administration (MBA), or equivalent is preferred.</li><li>Professional Certification(s) will be considered a plus.</li><li>Minimum 18 years of experience in PMCM, engineering, construction, infrastructure, or EPC projects.</li><li>Minimum 8-10 years in senior contract/commercial leadership roles.</li><li>Extensive experience with major infrastructure, transportation, , or complex building <b>Job Description</b>Overview<p>AtkinsRéalis is seeking a highly experienced Contracts Manager to support the delivery of major high-rise, mixed-use, hospitality, residential, commercial, and large-scale building developments in Madinah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This consultant-side role is responsible for managing contract administration, commercial management, cost control, change management, claims resolution, and commercial risk mitigation across assigned projects.</p><br><p>The successful candidate will work closely with clients, contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure contractual compliance, effective commercial governance, cost predictability, and successful project delivery. The role requires extensive experience in managing complex building contracts from pre-contract through construction and final account settlement.</p><br>Your role<p><b>Contract Administration</b></p><br><ul><li>Administer and manage construction contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.</li><li>Interpret and apply contract conditions, particularly FIDIC-based contracts and bespoke project agreements.</li><li>Review contractor submissions, payment applications, contractual notices, claims, and commercial The role requires strong technical expertise in building construction, leadership in quality systems implementation, and the ability to effectively coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.</p><br>Your role<ul><li>Understands the requirements of construction contracts, specifications, Requests for Proposal (RFP), and Tender Documents related to building and high-rise construction projects.</li><li>Prepares clear and concise quality reports, inspection reports, audit findings, non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective action reports (CARs), and technical correspondence.</li><li>Monitors QA/QC aspects of civil, structural, architectural, and MEP construction activities to ensure compliance with project Master’s degree in Transportation Engineering or Traffic Engineering is preferred.</li><li>Professional membership with a recognized engineering institution is preferred.</li><li>Proven experience in major road, infrastructure, or urban development projects, with strong expertise in traffic engineering, traffic management, and detour design.
