<b>Job Description</b>Overview<p>We are currently seeking a Quality Engineer (Site Operations) to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects adhere to all quality control and quality assurance procedures on-site. The role involves collaborating closely with the site management team, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and regulations.</p><br><br>Your role<br> <ul><li><p>Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control processes for construction activities on-site, ensuring that work is performed in accordance with approved plans, drawings, and specifications.</p><br></li><li><p>Inspection & Testing: Perform site inspections and coordinate testing of materials, equipment, and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. Record and report results accurately.</p><br></li><li><p>Non-Conformance Management: Identify and document any deviations or non-conformance issues. Work closely with site teams to resolve quality-related issues and ensure corrective and preventive actions are taken.</p><br></li><li><p>Documentation: Maintain clear, accurate records of inspections, tests, reports, and non-conformance issues. Prepare and submit regular quality control reports to project managers and senior management.</p><br></li><li><p>Collaboration with Contractors: Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met during construction and to resolve any quality-related concerns.</p><br></li><li><p>Audit & Compliance: Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and international standards (e.g., ISO 9001).</p><br></li><li><p>Continuous Improvement: Assist in identifying areas for improvement in quality processes and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall quality of project delivery.</p><br></li><li><p>Client Liaison: Ensure that all quality-related concerns from clients and stakeholders are addressed promptly and professionally. Support client inspections and reviews as required.</p><br></li><li><p>Training & Support: Provide quality awareness training to site teams, ensuring that all personnel are familiar with the project's quality requirements and procedures.</p><br></li></ul><br>About you<ul><li><p>Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.</p><br></li><li><p>Experience<b>:</b> Minimum of 8+ years of experience in quality engineering, with at least 2-3 years of experience in site-based roles within construction projects in the UAE or GCC region.</p><br></li></ul><p><b>Technical Skills</b></p><br><ul><li><p>Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), construction industry standards, and ISO 9001.</p><br></li><li><p>Experience with material testing, site inspections, and quality assurance processes.</p><br></li><li><p>Familiarity with construction materials and their properties, as well as inspection techniques.</p><br></li></ul><p><b>Communication Skills</b></p><br><ul><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and accurate reports. <b>Job Description</b><p>Overview</p><br><p>AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced senior-level professional, project based in AlUla KSA, responsible to assist the Client at the Development Stage (RIBA 1-4) and oversee the Client appointed Consultants on projects, in accordance with the PMC Development scope of services. The role requires active and direct involvement in the day-2-day project management services, pro-active and organised approach, strong leadership and communication skills, project development management skills, and a comprehensive understanding of Mixed-Use Asset types, having exposure to heritage and restoration projects is an advantage</p><br>Your role<ul><li>Project Planning: Assist the Client to develop comprehensive Delivery Strategy in conjunction with planning team, using related Benchmarking for Baseline Programme, in accordance with the Project Brief, Charter, etc. to confirm key objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.</li><li>Team Coordination: Assist the Client Development Director, coordinate the PMC resources permitted by the Client for the project and oversee the Consultants appointed by the Client such as Lead Design Consultants (LDC), Cost Consultant (CC), etc.</li><li>Budget Management: Ensuring the project budgets are established by the appointed Client Cost Consultant and assist with ensuring that the design is developed within the allocated financial constraints.</li><li>Risk Assessment: Manage the risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively.</li><li>Stakeholder Communication: Assist the Client with Stakeholder management for clear and regular communication with key stakeholders, including client’s functions/management, regulatory authorities, and other relevant parties.</li><li>Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that the project adheres to all Client related governance, regulations, work instructions, safety standards, and legal requirements.</li><li>Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards throughout the project, ensuring that all deliverables meet established criteria.</li><li>Progress Tracking and Reporting: Regularly track project progress, analyse performance metrics, and provide status reports to stakeholders, in conjunction with Program/Project reporting teams.</li><li>Procurement: Assist the Client in producing the Procurement Strategies in accordance with approved Delivery Strategy. Setting and Reporting<br>The UN Secretary-General launched on 1 January 2019 a bold and new global reform which repositioned the UN Development System to deliver more effectively and efficiently the achievement of the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals. As part of this reform, UN Resident Coordinator Offices (UN RCO), under the leadership of an empowered and independent UN Resident Coordinator, support countries in the achievement of their development priorities and the attainment of the SDGs. In its Resolution A/RES/72/279, the United Nations General Assembly endorsed the transformation of the Development Operations Coordination Office (DCO) as a stand-alone coordination office within the United Nations Secretariat. DCO exercises managerial and oversight functions of the resident coordinator system under the oversight of the Chair of United Nations Sustainable Development Group (UNSDG). In 2026, DCO undertook a recalibration to ensure the RC system remains optimally configured to support the acceleration of the 2030 Agenda and embodies the UN 2.0 shift- anchored in data, digital, innovation, behavioral science, strategic foresight, and a mission driven organizational culture. The position is located in the United Nations Resident Coordination Office (RCO) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Under the guidance of the Head of Office and direct supervision of the Resident Coordinator (RC), and in full confidentiality, the Executive Assistant ensures effective and efficient functioning of the RC Front-Office, overall management of the RC's schedule and logistical requirements, maintenance of protocol procedures, management of information flow, and follow up on deadlines and commitments made.<br> Responsibilities<br>Within delegated authority, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for the following duties: 1.
