The job holder will be responsible for supervising and inspecting civil works on-site and ensuring their execution according to the drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Roles and responsibilities: • Supervise and inspect civil works on-site. • Review civil drawings, IFC drawings, and technical specifications. • Review Method Statements, ITPs, and execution procedures for civil works. • Supervise security fence works, gates, facilities, inspection points, and related civil works. • Inspect foundations, concrete works, and related civil works. • Inspect civil materials arriving on-site and ensure they meet specifications. • Review inspection requests (RFI). • Monitor quality of execution and contractor works. • Identify discrepancies between approved drawings and on-site reality and coordinate redline drawings when needed. • Coordinate with electrical and mechanical engineers and the security systems team. • Participate in inspections, handover, and punch list closure. • Review As-Built drawings and final documents. • Prepare and contribute to weekly and monthly technical reports. <p><strong>مشرف صيانة معدات ثقيلة</strong></p><p><strong>المهام الوظيفية:</strong></p><ul><li>الإشراف على أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية للمعدات الثقيلة.</li><li>متابعة جاهزية المعدات وضمان تشغيلها بكفاءة.</li><li>تنظيم وتوزيع أعمال الفنيين ومتابعة تنفيذها.</li><li>إعداد التقارير الفنية وسجلات الصيانة.</li><li>التنسيق مع إدارات التشغيل والورش لتقليل فترات التوقف.</li><li>متابعة طلبات قطع الغيار واحتياجات الصيانة.</li></ul><p><strong>المتطلبات:</strong></p><ul><li>خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في صيانة المعدات الثقيلة.</li><li>معرفة جيدة بأنظمة الهيدروليك والمحركات والأنظمة الكهربائية.</li><li>القدرة على إدارة فرق العمل وتنظيم المهام.</li><li>يفضل من لديه خبرة في شركات المقاولات.</li></ul>
