General Supervisor
A General Supervisor for the Abaya Brand is the business operations leader who connects design, production, and sales. He/she manages the brand's showrooms, directs the sales teams, monitors quality, and ensures an exceptional customer experience, in addition to achieving the brand's financial and marketing objectives.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Operational management: Direct supervision of daily workflow in showrooms and points of sale, ensuring adherence to standards.
- Sales development: Setting sales plans, analyzing branch performance, and distributing targets to the sales team.
- Team management: Recruiting capabilities, training staff in presentation and selling skills, and motivating the team to achieve targets.
- Quality and stock control: Coordinating with fashion designers to ensure fabric and embroidery quality, and managing inventory levels to avoid shortages of high-demand items.
- Customer service: Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure brand loyalty.
- Required skills and qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in supervision and retail management in the luxury women's fashion sector.
- Leadership skills: Ability to inspire teams, allocate tasks, and solve problems flexibly.
- Marketing awareness: Understanding fashion trends and knowing how to highlight the abaya brand identity.
- Data analysis: Proficiency in using programs like Excel and CRM systems to track sales and evaluate performance.
