Construction Supervisor / Site Field Technician
Responsibilities:
1- Constant presence on site to guide labor and subcontractors and ensure proper workmanship. 2- Receive materials delivered to the site and ensure they meet the required technical specifications. 3- Monitor adherence to safety and occupational health standards on site and minimize waste.
Requirements and Conditions:
1- Qualification: Technical Diploma (Construction/Buildings) or equivalent through verified practical experience.
2- Experience: Not less than 5 years in on-site supervision of concretes and building finishes (essential).
3- Local experience: Previous work experience in the Saudi market and familiarity with on-site workflows and dealing with regulatory bodies.
4- Professional accreditation: Valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers as (Technician/Assistant Engineer) for classification purposes.
5- Skills: A decisive leadership personality on site, with a high ability to read execution drawings accurately.

المهام والمسؤوليات:
١- التواجد الدائم في الموقع لتوجيه العمالة والمقاولين بالباطن والتأكد من تطبيق أصول الصنعة. ٢- استلام المواد الموردة للموقع والتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات الفنية المطلوبة. ٣- مراقبة تطبيق معايير السلامة والصحة المهنية في الموقع والحد من الهدر.
المتطلبات والشروط:
١- المؤهل: دبلوم فني (إنشاءات/مباني) أو ما يعادله من خبرة عملية موثقة.
٢- الخبرة: لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الإشراف الميداني على خرسانات وتشطيبات المباني (شرط أساسي).
٣- الخبرة المحلية: خبرة عمل سابقة داخل السوق السعودي ومعرفة بآليات العمل بالموقع والتعامل مع الجهات الرقابية.
٤- الاعتماد المهني: تسجيل ساري في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين كـ (فني/مساعد مهندس) لغرض التصنيف.
٥- المهارات: شخصية قيادية حازمة في الموقع، وقدرة عالية على قراءة المخططات التنفيذية بدق
