Civil Engineer (Site and Technical Office)
Responsibilities:
1- Full on-site supervision of construction works and their conformity with approved drawings and the Saudi Building Code. 2- Monitor execution schedules and ensure delivery of stages on time and at the highest quality. 3- Prepare execution takeoffs, quantify quantities, and coordinate with consultants for approval of works.
Requirements and Conditions:
1- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
2- Experience: Not less than 8 years in building and real estate development projects (essential).
3- Local Experience: Previous practical experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with full knowledge of municipality requirements and the Saudi Building Code.
4- Professional License: Valid and active membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (essential for classification).
5- Legal Status: Immediate transfer of sponsorship.
6- Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and project management software.
