The Operations Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the operation of all facility systems and coordinating maintenance-related activities at the Primary Nursery Facility in NEOM. The role will also oversee the delivery of support services, including Janitorial, Horticulture, Pest Control, Waste Management, and Office Services. The Operations Engineer will ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of electro-mechanical systems, monitor service provider performance, ensure compliance with operational KPIs, resolve customer complaints, and continuously identify opportunities to improve facility performance, energy efficiency, and end-user satisfaction.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Supervise and coordinate the daily operation of all MEP and electro-mechanical systems at the Primary Nursery Facility. Monitor and control equipment including MCCs, pumps, VFDs, fans, instrumentation, emergency generators, AHUs, chillers, and related systems. Plan operational activities, establish priorities, and coordinate maintenance and project-related works. We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Specialist to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of the organization's IT infrastructure across the head office and multiple plant/site locations. This role requires strong expertise in Fortinet Forti Gate administration, enterprise networking, infrastructure management, and end-user support, while serving as the technical escalation point for complex infrastructure and security-related issues.<br> Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and maintain Fortinet Forti Gate firewalls, including Firewall Policies, NAT, VPN, High Availability (HA), and SD-WAN. Manage network security technologies such as IPS, Web Filtering, Application Control, SSL Inspection, and bandwidth optimization. Monitor firewall performance, internet utilization, and network health while ensuring maximum availability and security. Administer and support LAN/WAN infrastructure, switches, routers, wireless networks, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and WAN connectivity. Configure and maintain site-to-site and remote access VPN solutions. Job Description<br>We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Chemist to ensure the safe, compliant and efficient management of chemicals and dangerous goods within warehouse operations.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>• Receive, inspect, identify and classify chemicals and dangerous goods.• Verify incoming chemicals against purchase specifications and regulatory requirements.• Ensure correct chemical labelling, packaging, storage and segregation.• Assess chemical compatibility and required storage conditions.• Interpret and apply Safety Data Sheet (SDS) requirements.• Conduct inspections of chemical storage areas, including ventilation, housekeeping and spill-prevention controls.• Identify expired, damaged or obsolete chemicals and coordinate their safe disposal.• Maintain accurate chemical inventory, inspection, permit and compliance records.• Conduct chemical risk assessments and recommend control measures.• Support spill response, incident investigations and corrective actions.• Provide chemical-safety guidance to warehouse employees and internal stakeholders.• Coordinate with Procurement, HSE, Logistics, end users and regulatory authorities.• Support internal and external compliance audits.<br>Qualifications<br>• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory or a related scientific discipline.• Minimum four years of relevant experience.• Chemical Safety and Dangerous Goods Management training with a minimum duration of three months.• Strong knowledge of chemical properties, hazard classification and compatibility.• Practical experience interpreting Safety Data Sheets.• Knowledge of GHS, IATA DGR, IMDG Code, ADR and applicable local regulations.• Knowledge of hazardous-material storage, segregation, transportation and waste disposal.• Experience with warehouse operations and inventory-management systems.• Strong communication, documentation and coordination skills.
