Position Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior HR Data Analyst / HRIS to lead the HR management, optimization, and analysis of HR systems and workforce data. This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity, generating actionable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making across the HR function. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in HR systems with advanced analytical skills and a deep understanding of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities Analyze complex HR data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to workforce metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, performance, diversity). Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports for leadership and HR stakeholders. Provide data-driven recommendations to support workforce planning and organizational strategy. Design predictive models to forecast HR trends such as attrition and hiring needs. Serve as the primary administrator for HRIS platforms Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Establish and enforce HR data governance policies, standards, and best practices. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g. local labor laws). Conduct regular audits to maintain data quality and security. Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and system enhancements. Implement workflow improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort. Collaborate with HR teams to optimize end-to-end processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, etc.). Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and leadership teams to understand data needs. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and reporting outputs. Provide training and support to HR users on HRIS tools and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (master’s preferred).5–8+ years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS administration, or a related role. Proven experience working with enterprise HR systems. Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle). Strong skills in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Experience with data modeling, database management. Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques is a plus. Core Competencies Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
