The Role The appointed consultant will provide senior technical direction for VT consultancy assignments while helping develop the capability of our in-house engineering team. The engagement is intended for an experienced professional who can combine project delivery, independent technical judgement, structured mentoring and practical knowledge transfer. Overview:The NOC Specialist is responsible for supporting the 24/7 monitoring, detection, and initial response for enterprise IT infrastructure and services. Operating within the Network Operations Center, this role ensures continuous service availability by proactively monitoring systems, accurately triaging alerts, and resolving or escalating incidents according to defined procedures.<br>Key Responsibilities:Provide continuous Level 1 and Level 2 monitoring of network, server, and application health through centralized NOC tools and dashboards.
