<span>Analyse existing operational processes to identify improvement opportunities.<br> Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using appropriate methodologies.<br> Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate process efficiency.<br> Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize and optimize workflows.<br> Document processes, procedures, and improvement plans.<br> Support automation and digital transformation initiatives where applicable.<br> Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.<br> Provide regular reports and insights to management on process performance.<br> Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.<br> 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or quality management specially in food delivery industry.<br> Experience with process mapping ‘VISIO or ARIS” plus workflow analysis.<br> Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.<br>) is preferred.<br> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br> Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel or Google sheets, PowerPoint and Metabase.<br></span> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">
