Job Purpose<br>The position is responsible for overseeing the strategic, operational, and financial performance of a portfolio of civic assets, which may include hospitals, schools, and other community-serving facilities. This role bridges asset operations and investment management, ensuring that all facilities deliver high standards of service, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and sustainable financial performance. The role ensures assets are effectively maintained, operated, and optimized to support community needs while delivering long-term value for the asset owner.<br>Job Responsibilities Oversee the operational and financial performance of a portfolio of civic assets, with a key focus on healthcare & education Monitor asset performance indicators such as occupancy/utilization levels, service delivery standards, operational efficiency, lifecycle costs and operator performance. Develop and execute annual asset management and business plans aligned with ownership objectives. Conduct regular performance reviews with facility operators. Ensure assets are maintained in accordance with contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and operational best practices. Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports Oversee the smooth handover of new assets from the project delivery team into operational management. Verify and secure all required documentation, warranties, asset registers, and maintenance plans during handover. Manage outsourced operations contracts, ensuring operators deliver services as per agreed KPIs, SLAs, and performance standards. Review operator reports, track performance, and ensure timely rectification of operational and maintenance issues. Prepare and manage annual operations and maintenance (O&M) budgets, including monitoring expenditures and approving invoices. Implement and maintain asset management policies, systems, processes, and standards across the civic asset portfolio. Ensure operators operate in line with approved procedures and reporting frameworks including all necessary authority requirements Maintain accurate asset data, lifecycle records, and performance reports to support asset management decision-making. Act as the main point of contact between operators, and internal stakeholders. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on asset performance, risks, lifecycle planning, and financial status. Safety, Quality & Environment Ensure all operators comply with company policies, health & safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Monitor compliance with applicable healthcare, education, and public safety regulations where relevant Review audit findings and implement corrective actions with contractors. Continuous Improvement Recommend improvements in asset management practices, maintenance strategies, contractor performance, and cost efficiency. Identify opportunities to optimize asset utilization, reliability, and lifecycle performance. Position Overview The Managing Director, Private Wealth will lead the firm's private wealth business, driving the acquisition, development, and management of relationships with High-Net-Worth (HNW), Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) individuals, family offices, and select institutional investors. The role is responsible for developing and executing the private wealth strategy, growing Assets Under Management (AUM), expanding distribution channels, and positioning the firm as a trusted advisor and investment partner across traditional and alternative investment solutions.<br>Key Responsibilities Business Development & Capital Raising Lead fundraising initiatives targeting HNW, UHNW, family offices, sovereign entities, and institutional investors.
