Role Purpose The Head of Operations & Maintenance leads the Operations & Maintenance function for Gulf Cryo’s Applications & Technology Center (ATC), ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of hydrogen and CO₂ technology demonstration assets. The role is responsible for operational readiness, commissioning support, maintenance systems, performance testing, process safety, team capability development, and continuous improvement across ATC facilities. This is a leadership role within a technology demonstration environment and requires a balance of industrial operating discipline, technical understanding, structured stakeholder coordination, and strong safety leadership.<br>Key Responsibilities Operations Leadership Lead day-to-day operations of ATC demonstration facilities and ensure safe and effective execution of operating activities. Develop the operating model, routines, and governance required for a multi-technology demonstration platform. Balance safety, reliability, test flexibility, and operational learning in support of ATC objectives. Provide clear reporting on operational performance, risks, issues, and improvement actions.<br>Commissioning, Start-up & Operational Readiness Lead operational readiness activities including procedures, permits, isolation controls, completions support, and start-up planning. Coordinate commissioning and start-up activities with project teams, contractors, OEMs, and technical specialists. Support readiness reviews, start-up execution, and handover into stable operating mode.<br>Maintenance & Reliability Management Establish and manage preventive and predictive maintenance systems suitable for pilot and demonstration assets. Oversee CMMS discipline, spares strategy, vendor interfaces, and reliability improvement actions. Qualifications & Experience Education Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline. Advanced technical, operations, reliability, or management qualifications are advantageous. Professional Experience Typically 12–18 years of relevant experience in hydrogen, syngas, industrial gases, chemicals, or comparable process industries. Strong experience in operations, maintenance, commissioning, and start-up of complex process facilities. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in an industrial operating environment. Good understanding of maintenance systems, process safety requirements, and performance improvement methods. Experience in pilot, demonstration, first-of-a-kind, or technology scale-up environments is an advantage. Role Summary The Co-Packing & Co-Manufacturing Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of all co-packing and co-manufacturing projects — both where clients produce at our facilities and where we produce at third-party facilities under our brand or other brands. This role serves as the primary interface between external partners and all internal functions, requiring deep expertise in food manufacturing and processing to ensure projects are delivered on time, on specification, and in full compliance with quality, regulatory, and commercial requirements.<br>Key Responsibilities Project Management Lead and manage all co-packing and co-manufacturing projects from inception through to delivery and post-project review. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, capacity schedules, and resource requirements for each engagement.
