Job Summary We are looking for an experienced IT Capacity Manager to manage and optimize IT capacity across workforce, infrastructure, software licenses, cloud services, and Managed Services. The role will focus on capacity planning, forecasting, demand validation, utilization, and resource optimization. Key Responsibilities Manage IT capacity planning, baselines, forecasting, and utilization. Assess demand vs. available capacity and identify resource gaps, dependencies, and constraints. Develop short-, medium-, and long-term capacity forecasts for projects and operations. Monitor and optimize workforce, infrastructure, cloud, software licenses, and Managed Services. Manage software license entitlements, consumption, and compliance. Lead quarterly capacity reviews and re-planning. Prepare capacity reports, dashboards, and management recommendations. Consolidate data from IT teams, CMDB, internal systems, and service providers. Coordinate with IT, Finance, Procurement, HR, and external service providers.
Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of relevant experience in IT Capacity Management, Capacity Planning, Technology Operations, IT Asset Management, Infrastructure Governance, Resource Planning, or Managed Services. Strong experience in capacity forecasting, utilization analysis, demand & capacity management, and scenario planning. Experience with at least one capacity area: IT infrastructure, workforce/resource planning, cloud, software licensing, or Managed Services. Experience with software license entitlement, utilization, and compliance management. Fluent Arabic and English – Mandatory.

Experience in banking, financial services, regulated environments, or complex multi-vendor/Managed Services environments. Service Now, ITAM, Cloud, or IT Governance certifications are an advantage.
