In this pivotal role, you will oversee all quantity surveying functions for large-scale construction projects, providing strategic cost management, contract administration, and financial oversight. As a senior-level professional, you will lead a team of quantity surveyors, mentor junior staff, and serve as a key liaison between project management, clients, and contractors. <h4>Director of People and Culture – Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea at Shura Island</h4>
<p>The role of Director of People and Culture (EAM in Charge of P&C):</p>
<p>We currently have an opportunity for a Director of People and Culture (EAM in Charge of P&C) to join our Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea at Shura Island opening team!</p>
<p>This role reports to our General Manager, with a dotted reporting line to the Regional Director of People and Culture and will be responsible for leading the People, Culture and Learning strategy and execution for the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea at Shura Island; providing People and Culture support with the overall goal being that the hotel is perceived as the Employer of Choice in your destination.</p>
<p>You will be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule in every employee action in your hotel and responsibilities will include championing top talent and actively supporting succession planning, supporting the hotel as a Business Partner, fostering relationships with others as a coach, supporting and driving Corporate People and Culture initiatives, actively supporting recruitment, selection, onboarding and development requirements, evaluating the effectiveness of People and Culture programs and initiatives and analyzing compensation and benefits trends to ensure a balance between cost and employee experience.</p>

Responsible for occupational health programs, medical governance, health risk management, contractor oversight, fitness-for-duty assessments, employee wellbeing initiatives, emergency preparedness, and management of healthcare service providers operating multiple clinic locations.</p><br><p><strong>Key Accountabilities:</strong></p><br><p><strong>Occupational Health Leadership</strong></p><br><ul><li>Act as the Company's Occupational Health Advisor and Subject Matter Expert.</li><li>Ensure employees can safely perform the physical, psychological, and cognitive
