Working closely with channel partners, distributors, and internal stakeholders, you will expand Lenovo’s TruScale ecosystem, accelerate customer adoption, and drive revenue growth across the region.<br>Reporting directly to the SSG KSA Sales Director, this is an exciting opportunity to shape one of Lenovo’s fastest-growing strategic business areas.<br><p><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></p><br><ul><li>Develop and execute Lenovo’s TruScale channel strategy across KSA, Bahrain, Qatar, and the wider GCC, driving partner-led business growth and market expansion.</li><li>Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop strategic channel partners, including resellers, distributors, system integrators, and technology providers, ensuring strong market coverage and alignment with Lenovo’s TruScale vision.</li><li>Build and manage a high-performing partner ecosystem and pipeline to accelerate customer adoption and revenue growth of TruScale solutions across the region.</li><li>Lead channel operations and governance activities, including partner onboarding, enablement, BMS processes, Joint Business Plans (JBP), action tracking, and collaboration with GEO channel teams.</li><li>Design and deliver partner programs, training, and enablement initiatives that improve partner readiness, profitability, sales performance, and customer success.</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor to channel partners, conducting regular business reviews, providing strategic guidance, and identifying opportunities to grow their TruScale business.</li><li>Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, services, legal, and TruScale teams to execute go-to-market strategies, negotiate partner agreements, resolve operational challenges, and drive successful program execution.</li><li>Own revenue and growth targets, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare business cases and governance approvals when needed, stay ahead of cloud, Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Device-as-a-Service (DaaS), and competitive market trends, and travel across GCC countries to support partner and customer engagements.</li></ul><br><p><strong>What You Will Bring:</strong></p><br><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.</li><li>5–7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner development, or channel program management within IT infrastructure, cloud computing, managed services, or as-a-service environments.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving channel revenue growth through subscription-based, cloud, or consumption-based solutions.</li><li>Strong understanding of Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Device-as-a-Service (DaaS), cloud consumption models, and managed services offerings.</li><li>Experience working with channel partners, distributors, and technology ecosystems across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region is highly preferred.</li><li>Solid understanding of channel business models, partner profitability drivers, go-to-market strategies, and cloud adoption trends.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.</li><li>Strong relationship-building, analytical, business planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><br><strong> </strong><strong><span><span>Medical insurance for self & </span><span>immediate family (parents not included)</span></span><span><span>Dependents fee for expat candidates (non-Saudis)</span></span>Annual performance-based bonus for non-sales positions, sales positions just the commission <br> </strong><br><br>
