Qualifications Experience in transportation supervision, logistics coordination, or fleet management, preferably within facilities management or accommodation services. Skills in route planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and reliable transportation services. Ability to supervise and support drivers and transportation staff, including performance monitoring and basic training. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills, with proficiency in using spreadsheets or transportation management tools. Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements related to vehicle operations and passenger transport. Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complaints and resolve operational issues promptly. Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, adapt to changing operational demands, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Previous experience in large-scale accommodation or workforce transportation environments in Saudi Arabia is an advantage. Basic proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an added benefit. Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, facilities management, or a related field preferred.
